Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Wow Auto Detailers LLC's policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of Wow Auto Detailers LLC agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Our philosophy is to offer a stress-free detailing experience for our customers.

Your vehicle and performing proper detailing techniques is our first priority. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage to your vehicle. Prior to Wow Auto Detailers LLC performing services on your vehicle, you, the owner, will advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the detail, including but not limited to the following:

• Low battery
• Trunk permanently shut
• Windows not rolling down

If your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety, please let us know. If there is the threat of any harmful substances (e.g., needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.) in the vehicle, you must let your detail technician know prior to your detail. You will be held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle.

If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment (this includes not being present once we arrive).

Wow Auto Detailers LLC reserves the right to refuse service.

For mobile services, we will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be called and advised of an arrival time when schedules change beyond our control.

Pricing varies for each vehicle and is determined by size, package, and condition. Additional charges apply for heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris removal, personal item removal, and steam cleaning (if required) due to the additional time it takes.

If you don't show up for your appointments, booking deposits are non-refundable.

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wow Auto Detailers LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim, and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of Wow Auto Detailers LLC services, including, without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed. I acknowledge that the unique nature of Wow Auto Detailers LLC's business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.

• Minor Cosmetic Damage: Reimbursement will not be paid for minor cosmetic damage such as small scratches, scuffs, or swirl marks caused during the detailing process.
• Major Damage: Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle due to Wow Auto Detailers LLC's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We will neither remove nor install car seats from your vehicle. If you would like your car seat cleaned underneath, please have it removed prior to your appointment.

We will neither remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Seat covers
• Subwoofers
• Light bars
• Pet protectors
• Bumper stickers

If you would like these items cleaned underneath, please have them removed prior to your appointment.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. A hold for the full amount of your scheduled appointment may be placed on the provided credit/debit card 24 hours prior to your appointment.

An appointment is defined as one (1) scheduled car. Bookings with multiple cars will be subject to multiple cancellation fees (e.g., a $500 booking with 5 appointments at $100 each canceled after the approved timeframe can be subject to a $250 cancellation fee).

If you wish to change your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will have the following 3 options:

1. Reschedule: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. However, the charge for your original appointment will still apply.
2. Cancel with a Fee: A cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is made within 24 hours but more than 6 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 6 hours' notice will not be refunded.

There are NO GUARANTEES that your vehicle will be restored to a specific condition, such as "Showroom New." The results of the detail are dependent on the condition of the vehicle when presented to Wow Auto Detailers LLC.

We accept cash and credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the detail. If payment is made online, your card will not be charged until after the detail is completed unless a deposit is required. A late payment fee of $25 may apply if the payment is not completed within 48 hours after service.

There may be additional charges for Non-Sufficient Funds or Returned Payments.

Our pricing may change at any time without prior notice.

By agreeing to these terms, you give Wow Auto Detailers LLC permission to take photographs or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes. We guarantee that no personal information or identifiable details will be shown in any of the content. These images or videos will never be sold or provided to third parties.

While Wow Auto Detailers LLC will take the utmost care with your vehicle, there are risks associated with any service.

• Minor Damage: Wow Auto Detailers LLC will not reimburse for any minor cosmetic damage that occurs during the detailing process.
• Major Damage: In the event of major damage caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, Wow Auto Detailers LLC will reimburse the cost of repairs at an approved body shop.

If a customer notices any damage after the detail that was not identified during the final walk-around, they must contact Wow Auto Detailers LLC within 24 hours. If needed, a touch-up detail can be scheduled within 5 days.

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wow Auto Detailers LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided or injury occurring after services have been completed.

If your vehicle contains hazardous materials (such as needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.), you must notify us before the service begins. Failure to disclose such risks may result in immediate service cancellation, and you will be held responsible for any health or safety issues arising from your vehicle.

In the event of a dispute, Wow Auto Detailers LLC encourages customers to resolve any issues directly with the company. If an issue cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to mediation or arbitration before any legal action is taken.
